To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Zental of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested text content for reviews and auto-replies. Zental does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of the AI-generated content. You are entirely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before it is published via the Service.
The Service may integrate with third-party software, including Google Business Profiles. Zental is not responsible for the availability, features, or policies of any third-party services. Your connection to and use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
In no event shall Zental, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Zental for the use of the Service during the preceding twelve (12) months.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
